The course is extremely thorough and Joe Navarro’s questions are structured in a way that both guide you and make you think through each component comprehensively. He breaks it down thematically so that you are able to process each program (there are ten programs in total) before moving on. He then took the time to read and comment on each question I answered, which made me feel like there was a true dialogue or personal interaction between myself as the student and him as the instructor. He was very informative in his feedback as well, and helped me to round out my understanding before moving on to the next program. After the course, you will feel like you have a real understanding on how to analyze nonverbal communication.

 

The benefits of taking this course are infinite. Most importantly, it helps one to understand the other 60-80% of communication that is occurring. Many of us know how to read it somewhat simply because we live in a human society. But there is a great deal that people do not understand, that they may infer subconsciously but not comprehend intelligently. Therefore, this course helps you to learn that language, so prevalent and universal yet so misunderstood or overlooked, and reap the benefits of utilizing that wealth of information in your interpersonal relationships.
